The Strike King KVD Squarebill 1.0 Crankbait is a compact shallow-water crankbait designed to the specifications of legendary professional angler Kevin VanDam. Built for aggressive power fishing in the 2- to 4-foot range, its squarebill profile makes it an excellent option for working around shallow cover, structure, and other high-percentage areas.

The KVD Squarebill 1.0 features a distinctive hunting action that causes the lure to wander unpredictably during the retrieve while continuing to track properly. Its square bill also helps the bait deflect off cover, creating sudden changes in direction that can trigger reaction strikes from nearby fish.

Unlike many traditional crankbaits, the KVD 1.0 contains no internal rattles, providing a silent presentation that can be especially useful around pressured or cautious fish. At 1/4 oz., its compact profile delivers an effective shallow-running presentation when fish are feeding on smaller forage.
