DESCRIPTIONThe Slammer IV is packed with more features than ever before. Building off of our proven IPX6 sealed body and spool, we redesigned our Slammer drag system to not only be better sealed, but also offer a wider range of usable drag, all while being bearing supported for extra smoothness. Adding our all brass CNC gear technology, 8+1 stainless steel bearing system and Hydrophobic Line Roller Bearing has made the Slammer IV the ultimate workhorse reel.Key differences for the 2500 are listed in the feature bullets.FEATURESFull Metal Body and sideplateCNC Gear Technology with brass main gearIPX6 Sealed body and spool designSealed Slammer drag system with Dura-Drag (Sizes 3500-10500)HT-100 carbon fiber drag washers (Size 2500 only)8+1 stainless steel bearing systemHydrophobic Line Roller BearingSpare EVA handle knob (Sizes 3500-10500)Sizes 2500-5500 have automatic bail tripSizes 6500-10500 have manual bail tripCompare PENN SlammerIV Spinning modelsREEL SIZE3500450055006500GEAR RATIO6.2:16.2:15.6:15.6:1REEL HANDLE POSITIONRIGHT/LEFTRIGHT/LEFTRIGHT/LEFTRIGHT/LEFTDRAG TYPEFRONT DRAGFRONT DRAGFRONT DRAGFRONT DRAGCOLORBLACK GOLDBLACK GOLDBLACK GOLDBLACK GOLDANTI-REVERSE FEATUREINSTANT ANTI-REVERSEINSTANT ANTI-REVERSEINSTANT ANTI-REVERSEINSTANT ANTI-REVERSEBEARING COUNT9999BRAID CAPACITY YD/LB310/10 270/15 220/20390/15 320/20 250/30500/20 380/30 335/40485/30 410/40 335/50DRAG MATERIALDURA DRAGDURA DRAGDURA DRAGDURA DRAGMAX DRAG30LB | 13.6KG30LB | 13.6KG40LB | 18.1KG40LB | 18.1KGMONO CAPACITY M/MM330/0.23 240/0.28 180/0.31390/0.25 290/0.28 215/0.33390/0.28 300/0.33 210/0.36355/0.33 315/0.36 185/0.38MONO CAPACITY YD/LB360/6 285/8 220/10425/8 320/10 235/12430/10 330/12 230/15390/12 345/15 205/20PACKAGE COUNT1111RECOVERY RATE37″ | 94CM40″ | 102CM39″ | 99CM42″ | 107CMREEL SPOOL MATERIALALUMINUMALUMINUMALUMINUMALUMINUMWATER TYPESALTWATERSALTWATERSALTWATERSALTWATERWEIGHT13.9 OZ15 OZ22.2 OZ24.2 OZMODEL NUMBERSLAIV3500SLAIV4500SLAIV5500SLAIV6500WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm -www.P65Warnings.ca.gov
