The Hogy Charter Grade Dog Walker (Dual Treble Original Rigging) is a topwater plug designed to provide consistent walk-the-dog action with minimal rod input. Its balanced construction supports controlled side-to-side movement while remaining easy to cast on heavy inshore and medium-heavy offshore tackle.

Weighing 1.75 ounces, this lure features long-cast balanced weighting and a through-wired internal structure intended for durability during repeated use. Multiple internal rattle chambers add sound and vibration during retrieval, supporting visibility and feedback in surface presentations.

Supplied pre-rigged with dual treble hooks, this model reflects a straightforward, ready-to-fish setup commonly used by charter operations. Finished in a limited selection of imitative color patterns, the Charter Grade Dog Walker is suited for targeting species such as striped bass, bluefish, tuna, snook, and tarpon.

Where and When to use: The Dog Walker shines in calm to moderately choppy waterparticularly during low-light conditions like dawn, dusk, or overcast days. Its a go-to inshore lure around structure like docks, rocks, and estuary mouths, and it produces best when fish are feeding near the surface.

How to Fish It:

• Walk-the-Dog Retrieve: Short, rhythmic rod twitches with a steady retrieve
• Faster Retrieve: Increased cadence for covering water efficiently
• Pause-and-Twitch: Brief pauses followed by light twitches to slow the presentation
