The Fat Cow Flutter Spoon is designed specifically for fishing around schools of larger bait, producing a slow, rocking descent that mimics an injured or struggling baitfish. Its exaggerated flutter helps the spoon stand out within pods of bunker and other concentrated forage, creating a distinct presentation while keeping the lure in productive water longer as it falls through the water column.

Measuring 8 inches and weighing 4 ounces, the Flutter Spoon was designed and tested to achieve the proper balance of size, weight, and fluttering action. Its controlled descent allows anglers to work multiple depths efficiently, making it especially useful when striped bass are holding beneath bait schools or when fish are suspended at different levels in the water column.

For a simple presentation, drift over bait schools or pods of fish while continuously lifting and dropping the spoon to maintain its natural fluttering action. Heavy-duty hooks and hardware provide the durability needed for demanding saltwater fishing, making the Fat Cow Flutter Spoon a purpose-built option for striped bass as well as other gamefish feeding on larger forage.
