Our BASICS Narrow Fillet Knife is perfect for avid fishermen and cooks who deal with a lot of fish. The narrow blade makes this knife great for gliding under skin and in between layers. It has just enough flex to allow for cuts close to the bone, but it will easily return back to its original shape. The slip resistant handle is designed to be comfortable but provide firm control.
