The CHAOS Deep Drop Rod is engineered for serious deep-sea anglers who demand uncompromising strength and reliability. Built with a singular focus on raw power, this rod handles the extreme demands of deep droppingwhether you’re targeting grouper, snapper, or other bottom dwellers in challenging offshore conditions. Constructed to support hundreds of pounds of pulling force, the Deep Drop Rod pairs seamlessly with heavy electric reels and conventional 130-class setups.

The Fuji SIC guide system minimizes friction and heat buildup during extended battles, while the AFTCO roller top distributes lateral loads efficiently and protects against guide wear from heavy braided lines. Modern braided mainlines transition smoothly through the guide train, giving you direct feel and superior line control in deep water. This is a workhorse rod designed by anglers who understand that deep dropping requires equipment that won’t compromise under pressure. When conditions demand maximum backbone and proven durability, the CHAOS Deep Drop Rod delivers.
